2-Ingredient Healthy Pancakes

These pancakes are the PERFECT way to start your morning! With only 2 necessary ingredients, this recipe is extremely easy to make and usually fills me up until lunch. Make these pancakes your own by adding your favorite toppings!




Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 2 eggs

  • dash of cinnamon (optional)

  • you favorite pancake toppings!


Instructions

  1. Blend the banana, eggs, and cinnamon (optional) together until smooth

  2. Cook in a pan treated with non-stick spray

  3. Add your toppings and enjoy!
