Air Fryer Apple Chips (2-ingredients!)

I love these apple chips because they are healthy and so simple to make! If you want the perfect quick snack, this is my go-to. I used Pazazz apples by Honeybear Brands because they hold up in the air fryer, are crunchy, and have an inherent sweetness. Pick them up at your closest Stop & Shop.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pazazz apples

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Slice the apples into 2-3mm thick slices. I used a mandolin slicer, but you can also cut them by hand.

  2. Combine the apples and cinnamon together in a bowl so you have an even coating of cinnamon on each apple

  3. Place the apples in one layer in the air fryer at 300°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping them over every 4 minutes. If you have a wire rack, place it on top of the apples so they don’t get displaced by the air blowing around. (Note: You may have to air fry your apples in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer)

  4. Remove the chips from the air fryer and enjoy!
