A twist on the viral "feta pasta" on TikTok! Personally, I am a big fan of burrata; it spreads well and adds some creaminess to the sauce. This is another one-pan recipe and you will not be disappointed with the results!

Ingredients

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup broccoli

  • 8 oz burrata

  • fresh basil

  • pasta of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F

  2. Place cherry tomatoes and sliced broccoli into a baking pan with olive oil

  3. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the tomatoes are slightly wrinkled and soft

  4. While the tomatoes and broccoli are baking, boil the pasta following the instructions on the pasta box

  5. Add burrata on top and mix it into the tomatoes and broccoli

  6. If the sauce is too runny, place in the oven or on the stove for a few minutes to let some of the liquid evaporate

  7. Sprinkle basil on top and add black pepper and salt, if desired

  8. Add the pasta into the sauce and stir

My kid showed me Colony Flow and I ended up playing more than them. The concept is simple—ants, blocks, food—but the special tiles like connected boxes keep you on your toes. I love that you can play at your own pace. The satisfaction of clearing a level with no boosters is real. Great for winding down.
