Cheesy Pepperoni Pull-Apart Bread

This is the perfect dish to make for a game night with friends! The bread takes a quick 20-30 minutes to make and has all of the savory, comforting flavors. I highly recommend it to elevate your appetizer game!

Ingredients

  • round sourdough

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 4 oz mozzarella

  • 1/3 cup pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F

  2. Cut the sourdough into triangular slices, as if you are cutting a cake (but do not cut all the way through the bottom!)

  3. Put pizza sauce in a squeeze bottle and squeeze pizza sauce in between each slice (if you don't have a squeeze bottle, just place the pizza sauce in the slices with a knife or spoon)

  4. Place mozzarella and pepperoni in between each slice

  5. Sprinkle oregano and basil on top.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of your sourdough. The cheese should be completely melted and the pepperoni should start getting a slight browning.

  7. Take it out of the oven and you are ready to serve!
