Greek Yogurt Bark

Ever want something that fulfills your dessert craving but don't want to eat something too unhealthy? This greek yogurt bark is perfect for those exact times. The whole recipe is under 350 calories, depending on how much nutella you add (if any) and fruit. I love the slight tartness from the greek yogurt and the sweetness from the fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp almond milk (or any milk)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • nutella (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together the greek yogurt, almond, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until it is a uniform texture

  2. Pour and spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The yogurt should be around 1 cm thick

  3. Place the strawberry slices and blueberries on top

  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours

  5. Drizzle nutella on top or chocolate (if desired) and enjoy!
