Healthy Banana Bread

This banana bread is extremely delicious and the recipe does not include any added oils or granulated/brown sugar! It only takes 10-15 minutes to mix the ingredients together and 40-50 minutes to bake. If you know me, you know I love quick and easy recipes that only use one bowl...and this is another one!

Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups of flour (whole wheat flour, almond flour, etc. also work)
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Spray non-stick spray in a bread pan (9"x5")
In a medium bowl, mash up the bananas with a fork
Add the flour, baking soda, eggs, honey, greek yogurt, vanilla extract and cinnamon to the bowl and mix everything together
Fold in the chocolate chips (save 1 handful to sprinkle on top)
Pour the mixture into the treated bread pan
Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top
Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes (bread is done when a toothpick comes out clean)
