3-Ingredient Crème Brûlée

You no longer have to go to a restaurant to eat some crème brûlée! This creamy and smooth dessert is surprisingly easy to make and will fulfill your crème brûlée cravings.


  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream

  • 4 egg yolks

  • granulated sugar

  • fruit of choice


  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F

  2. Melt the vanilla ice cream in the microwave

  3. Whisk egg yolks into the vanilla ice cream

  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins

  5. Place the ramekins into a water bath 2/3 of the way up the ramekin

  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes

  7. Place the crème brûlée in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours

  8. Sprinkle a layer of granulated sugar on top and use a hand torch to brûlée the sugar

  9. Garnish with fruit of choice
