You no longer have to go to a restaurant to eat some crème brûlée! This creamy and smooth dessert is surprisingly easy to make and will fulfill your crème brûlée cravings.
Ingredients
1 pint vanilla ice cream
4 egg yolks
granulated sugar
fruit of choice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F
Melt the vanilla ice cream in the microwave
Whisk egg yolks into the vanilla ice cream
Pour the mixture into ramekins
Place the ramekins into a water bath 2/3 of the way up the ramekin
Bake for 40-50 minutes
Place the crème brûlée in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
Sprinkle a layer of granulated sugar on top and use a hand torch to brûlée the sugar
Garnish with fruit of choice
