4-Ingredient Macaroons

This is a simple recipe that results in a delicious macaroon! This is another one-bowl recipe, so clean-up is easy.

Yield: 12 macaroons


  • 2 1/2 cups of sweetened shredded coconut

  • 8 oz (half a can) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (can also substitute for 1/2 vanilla extract, 1/2 coconut extract)

  • semi-sweet chocolate


  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F

  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract

  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes

  4. Melt chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds (if not melted, microwave for increments of 10 seconds and stir the chocolate until melted)

  5. Drizzle the chocolate on top of the macaroons
