Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Mugcake

This recipe is amazing for when you want a one-serving, quick, and fulfilling dessert at night! Just combine the ingredients, microwave for 2-minutes, and you're ready to eat!


  • 4 tbsp flour

  • 1.5 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or nutmeg)

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp milk (I used almond!)

  • 1 tsp semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and milk into a 12+ oz mug until thoroughly combined

  2. Stir in the chocolate chips

  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes
